• Through our subsidiaries, Moniepoint Inc. processes over $250 billion in digital payment transaction value annually.</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>As Mobile Architect, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the architecture and design of our mobile applications.
• You will lead the technical vision for our mobile platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability across iOS and Android devices.
• Additionally, you will participate in product planning, providing technical expertise and insights to drive innovation and achieve business goals.
• The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with proven experience in mobile development, architecture and system design.
• This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead transformative mobile initiatives and contribute to the success of our products in a dynamic and collaborative environment.</p> <p><em>Curious about what makes Moniepoint an incredible place to work? <a href="https://moniepoint.com/blog">Check out posts on how we cultivate a culture of innovation, teamwork, and growth.</a></em></p> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Translate product requirements into architectural documents and diagrams</li> <li>Maintain architectural documents and ensure they are always updated to reflect the current state of the application.</li> <li>Make architectural decisions with respect to any feature that’s to be added to an application</li> <li>Ensure that the architectural direction of an application is in line with the strategic direction of the product.</li> <li>Perform code reviews and ensures efficient code engineering </li> <li>Ensure applications are implemented using software engineering best practices</li> <li>Be responsible for the stability and reliability of products under your purview</li> <li>Create and enforce processes that improve developer efficiency and productivity</li> <li>Participate in the screening of engineers for hire</li> <li>Provide mentorship to young engineers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>To succeed in this role, you should have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 10 years proven experience in system design, architect, and development</li> <li>Experience with native mobile development using Flutter/Dart, Android/Java and iOS/Swift</li> <li>Experience in software development and coding in Java Programming Language</li> <li>Understanding of software quality assurance principles</li> <li>A technical mindset with great attention to detail</li> <li>High quality organizational and leadership skills</li> <li>Outstanding communication and presentation abilities</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we can offer you</strong></p> <ul> <li>Culture -We put our people first and prioritize the well-being of every team member.
