• They will closely work with the technicians and inventory team to test repaired terminals, and identify and document defects of terminals that do not comply with standards.
• They are majorly responsible for preventing defective terminals from reaching Business that could result in costly returns.</p> <p class="p4"> </p> <p class="p3"><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li6"><span class="s2">Quality Inspection: Conducting a thorough inspection of repaired terminals to identify any defects or deviations from the standard.</span></li> <li class="li6"><span class="s2">Compliance: Ensuring that repaired terminals comply with the specified standards, guidelines, and technical requirements before distribution.</span></li> <li class="li7"><span class="s2">Visual Inspection: Careful inspection of the quality of repaired terminals through visual examination.</span></li> <li class="li6"><span class="s2">Testing Procedures: Implementing testing procedures using test sheets to validate the functionality and performance of repaired terminals.</span></li> <li class="li6"><span class="s2">Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and issues identified during the test process.</span></li> <li class="li6"><span class="s2">Collaboration: Working closely with repair technicians, engineers and relevant teams to address and rectify quality issues.</span></li> <li class="li7"><span class="s2">Workflow process: Developing and implementing workflow of terminal collection and returning of non-conforming terminals to inventory.</span></li> <li class="li7"><span class="s2">Stock keeping: Keeping proper and accurate records of received and returned terminals.</span></li> <li class="li6"><span class="s2">Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement to enhance overall repair quality and efficiency. </span></li> <li class="li6"><span class="s2">Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by his/her Line Manager.</span></li> </ul> <p class="p8"> </p> <p class="p3"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li6"><span class="s2">OND/ HND, Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics, or a related field is preferred.</span></li> <li class="li6"><span class="s2">Experience in terminal repair is an advantage.</span></li> <li class="li6"><span class="s2">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reconcile discrepancies and identify areas for improvement.</span></li> <li class="li6"><span class="s2">Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.</span></li> <li class="li6"><span class="s2">Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.</span></li> <li class="li6"><span class="s2">Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</span></li> <li class="li6"><span class="s2">Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</span></li> <li class="li6"><span class="s2">Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.</span></li> </ul> <p class="p2"> </p> <p class="p1"><strong>What we can offer you</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Culture -We put our people first and prioritize the well-being of every team member.
