• As Nigeria’s largest merchant acquirer, we power most of the country’s point-of-sale (POS) transactions and process over $250 billion in digital payment transaction value annually.</p> <h3><strong>Job purpose</strong></h3> <p>Drives business growth by expanding our merchant footprint, building high-value customer relationships, and introducing financial solutions tailored to local business needs.
• This role is responsible for end-to-end merchant acquisition, terminal deployment, and account retention across assigned commercial areas.</p> <h3><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></h3> <p>→ Identify, visit, and onboard prospective merchants through field engagement, referrals, and local trade community outreach.</p> <p>→ Educate business owners on Moniepoint’s suite of products, recommending solutions that match their operational and growth goals.</p> <p>→ Achieve and exceed monthly targets for active merchant onboarding, terminal deployment, loan disbursements, and repayments.</p> <p>→ Oversee end-to-end merchant onboarding, ensuring accurate KYC documentation and strict adherence to operational SOPs and regulatory guidelines.</p> <p>→ Build and nurture long-term relationships with merchants to encourage account activity, high transaction volume, and ongoing retention.</p> <p>→ Conduct transparent discussions on pricing, terms, and agreements within established company guidelines to build trusted partnerships.</p> <p>→ Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues promptly or escalating complex operational needs appropriately.</p> <p><strong>What we can offer you</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Culture -We put our people first and prioritize the well-being of every team member.
